Medieval and Renaissance Forum at Plymouth State University and Kalamazoo

The Society for the Study of Popular Culture and Middle Ages and the
Alliance for the Promotion of Research on the Villains of the Matter
of Britain invite proposals for our upcoming sessions at next May's
International Congress on Medieval Studies. Our session topics are as
follows and a full call for papers can be found on our blog at

WHY ARTHUR? REFLECTIONS ON THE INTERNATIONAL APPEAL OF THE MATTER OF
BRITAIN IN THE POST-MEDIEVAL WORLD

We also invite proposals for a session on TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY
MEDIEVALISMS:CONTEMPORARY RE-CREATIONS OF THE MEDIEVAL for inclusion
at next April's Medieval and Renaissance Forum at Plymouth State
University.
